Who are you & What do you do...?

I am a Licensed and Certified Massage Therapist with over a decade of experience, and a Sex Coach with over eight years experience in a wide variety of roles related to Sex, Sexuality, Intimacy, and Relationships! With an academic education in philosophy, I hold a unique perspective on long-term mind, body, and spiritual wellness, health, and happiness. With real-life experience in the Eastern wellness traditions, extensive hands-on experience in western-style medical and chiropractic offices, as well as in a holistic Eastern-Western hybrid Wellness Center, and with a wide variety of skills from working in a high-end luxury spa enivronment, I possess a diverse array of skillsets & first-hand knowledge which have shaped my world view and my own personal philosophy, and led me to the place, the person, the Coach and the Therapist I am today! I would love to share these things with you!

As a Sex Coach, I am passionate about each & every person's right find satisfaction & fulfillment, free of judgement, ridicule, or repression-whether from others, or from one's own self!

My #1 Goal is to meet you where you are at, see and accept you for who you are in this very moment, understand where you would like to be, and then work with you towards achieving that goal as I strive to enhance your overall well-being, happiness, success, and quality of life, in whatever unique incarnation fits you best as an individual!

My approach is personalized-custom tailored to each individual client- judgement-free, and focused on your individual needs & desires. I work from a sex-positive, trauma-informed perspective. As long as you are not hurting anyone else (or the other individual is a consenting adult in possession of stable mental health and the ability to make informed decisions-some people enjoy pain!! I REALLY won't bite UNLESS you ASK me to-I promise!), I believe it is not just the right but the duty of every person to actively pursue a joyful, fulfilling existence and experience themself and the world around them to the fullest! A happy sex life and strong connection to your own sexuality is a huge part of this! It plays a key role in our mental, physical, and emotional health!

I craft a program focused on total body, mind, and soul fulfillment, health, and happiness which are achievable, & maintainable in the long-term, actively guiding you through a compassionate & client-focused, results-driven program in developing the skills to achieve longevity & consistency in all of these areas.
